Mentor-ship from ethical , world-class business leaders since Jan 2002, much more intense personal quest for Truth about honest leadership. And then I am supposed to write one of our life's mission in few words.. Ohhhh... How challenging.... Here is my attempt..
I am hugely blessed by almighty, which allowed my team to build India's most productive skill development initiatives of the nation. Having one of leading industrialists say so to me was testimony that my team has something special while doing our workshops aimed at transformation..
In one of my regular travel from Mumbai to Pune, I met a highly qualified PhD from USA, now working in IT industry. He has become a nice friend now and he hails from Varanasi. We got talking about mindsets and attitudes of professionals. His one sentence intrigued me, “When we invent anything, e.g. theory of relativity, no one can guarantee that such innovation won’t be used for wrong purposes.” So true!! Haven’t we all realized the truth behind this sentence?
Choosing between good and bad is very easy. Choosing between good and great is often confusing to most people. They are penny wise and pound foolish. So many such thoughts can be said about humankind. But what do all such discussions boil down to – lack of access for inspiring values focused education!!
Something which brings out the best in people rather than bring out the worst. What we really need is not symptomatic treatment ( stand like this, smile on stage, be confident etc teachings) but a proven, time-tested way of building skills and character of our youth.. This is where we and team of like-minded people decided to step in. Many of our entrepreneur mentor teachers, with a heart for inspiring youth, got together for this mission!!
For students, business owners, we look forward to help you achieve something that happens to our workshop participants (as mentioned in their feedbacks, before-after videos of this site). These workshops not only motivate, inspire but helps participants learn methods of how to always make the right choice based on character, ethics, family-focus and productivity mindset (an attitude of avoiding “minting easy money” focus, but doing the work the old-fashioned hardworking style).
Once we have enough inspired to do a great job for themselves and the country, then eventually, in time to come, we can be a happy, productive superpower.
These are our core beliefs behind our efforts and we seek divine blessings to get the job done. The job of creating job-producers and not job-consumers alone!!
